- There is a ton of information out there really highlighting the benefits of flexible work solutions and allowing people to work from home. So I wanted to share some of those with you. First off, it's really going to give you a competitive advantage if you're offering work from home options. In fact, you can look at any quick internet search and find that there is a ton of surveys out there showing employees are willing to take pay cuts and do all sorts of things in order to be able to work from home. So this is something that has just become super important to the workforce at large. People want to be able to work remotely. Second, you can cast a wider net as you're looking for your talent for your workplace. Who's to say that your top candidate lives within the vicinity of your workplace? Maybe your top candidate lives five states away. So if you're offering remote work, then you can have access to more candidates…
